By car & where to park
There are several ways to get to the Congress Center. The easiest way is via the A5 towards Frankfurt and then follow the A648. Once you are near the Congress Center, there are several parking options within walking distance:
From the airport & S-Bahn
The easiest way from Frankfurt Airport to downtown Frankfurt is to follow the signs for regional trains.
Take the S8 or S9 (both direction Hanau) and exit after approximately 17 minutes at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Central Station). From there, follow the "U-Bahn" instructions below.
For all other S-Bahn lines, we also recommend exiting at Frankfurt's Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). It is important to note that some S-Bahn trains (S3, S4, S5 and S6) have a "Frankfurt (am Main) Messe" stop. However, direct access to the Congress Center via the exhibition grounds will be closed at the time of the event. Do not exit there!
By foot
From Central Station, it is a 15 to 20-minute walk to the Congress Center. When you exit the station, follow the main road towards the left (Am Hauptbahnhof/Düsseldorfer Strasse, followed by Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage) for about 1.5 kilometers, just before you reach a large traffic circle with large signs for the Marriott and Maritim hotels. You will find the entrance of the Congress Center on the left, on the left side of the Maritim Hotel.
Tram and U-Bahn (local metro)
Two tram lines stop at the Congress Center. Take Tram 16 (direction Ginnheim) or Tram 17 (direction Rebstockbad). Exit at the fourth stop (Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage) in front of the Marriott Hotel. The entrance of the Congress Center will be on the left side of the tram next to the Maritim Hotel.
At Central Station, follow the signs for U-Bahn U4. Take the direction Bockenheimer Warte and exit at the first stop (Festhalle/Messe). If you exit the U-Bahn station at the furthest end in the direction of travel, the Congress Center will be diagonally behind the Messe Turm, next to the Maritim Hotel.

Browser check
Please check below if your browser functions properly. Ensure that you're using a current browser version with WebRTC support. We recommend using the latest release of Chrome. Internet Explorer will not work for this event (in any version). Firefox has occasional problems loading the stream.
Please note, DO NOT use VPN connections as bandwidth bottlenecks may occur.
Also, please ensure that you have sufficient internet speed.
Firewalls and whitelisted domains
Viewers should ensure the following ports are open on their network for playback:
TCP/UDP 80 (HTTP)
TCP/UDP 443 (HTTPS)
In addition, if your viewers are on a corporate network (office, university, hotel, etc.) that restricts access to certain websites or domains, they should have the following domains whitelisted:

Speed test issues
Your internet speed is too slow:
Connect to the Internet via an ethernet cable;
Look for a better WIFI connection or move closer to the WIFI access point
When connecting via a mobile device, look for a better location closer to the window

We recommend:
If you have trouble viewing the livestream, your connection might not be able to process the bitrate of the stream (6 Mbit/s). Please check your download speed here and ensure that the download rate is higher than the bitrate: https://www.speedtest.net/.
We also recommend clearing your browser's cache and updating your browser to the latest version. The bandwidth is always changing (especially when using Wi-Fi or mobile data). Therefore, we recommend performing multiple tests.
Sound issues
If you are not receiving audio during the livestream, you can check the following:
Please check your speakers or headset. (Connection and volume).
Can you hear sound from other sources? Try playing something from different apps or websites like iTunes or YouTube to ensure that your speakers are turned on and working correctly.
Also, try using headphones.
If audio is still unavailable, check the speaker symbol in the livestream player.
If you're able to see the following symbol in the left or right corner of your player, your speakers are turned on and you can increase or decrease the volume with your mouse or the arrow keys:
If the sound is still not working, check your browser settings. Click on the symbol to turn on the sound and customize the volume.
